Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate dentist who is dedicated to delivering outstanding care and building long- term patient relationships, while progressing toward ownership of the practice. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of procedures and eager to contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice.
Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventative services • Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans • Maintain accurate patient records and charts • Collaborate respectfully with a team of hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Qualifications: • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school • Active Tennessee dental license in good standing • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply, if appropriate) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical practice
